1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a project inquiry, accepting a BuildSite AI quote or proposal, or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms that apply to your project.

Additional terms included in a written quote, proposal, invoice, project agreement, or other written communication may also apply to a specific project.

2. Our Services

BuildSite AI provides website-related services that may include website design, development, responsive design, content assistance, search engine optimization setup, performance optimization, analytics setup, integrations, and other related digital services.

The exact services included in a project depend on the package, quote, proposal, or written scope agreed upon for that project.

3. Project Scope and Quotes

Website packages displayed on our website provide general information about available services and starting prices.

Final pricing may depend on the size, complexity, features, integrations, content requirements, custom functionality, and other requirements of the project.

Work requested outside the agreed project scope may require an additional quote, additional fees, or a separate agreement.

4. Payments and Deposits

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BuildSite AI may require a 50% deposit before project work begins.

The remaining project balance is generally due before final website delivery, transfer, or launch unless a different payment schedule is agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms, amounts, and due dates shown on an accepted quote, proposal, invoice, or written project agreement will apply to that project.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are based on the package or project agreement selected by the client. Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement, our standard packages currently include:

• Starter — 1 revision round
• Business — 2 revision rounds
• Premium — 3 revision rounds

Requests beyond the included revision rounds, significant redesigns, or requests that change the original project scope may require additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing information, feedback, approvals, and materials reasonably necessary to complete their project.

This may include business information, text, photographs, logos, branding materials, product information, account access, or other content required for the website.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to BuildSite AI may legally be used for the project and do not knowingly violate the rights of another person or business.

7. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is expressly agreed upon in writing.

Project completion may be affected by client response times, requested changes, third-party services, technical issues, additional project requirements, or other circumstances outside the original project scope.

Delays in receiving required content, feedback, approvals, payments, or account access may delay project completion.

8. Domain Names, Hosting and Third-Party Costs

Unless specifically included in a written quote or project agreement, domain registration, website hosting, premium software, paid plugins, third-party subscriptions, transaction fees, advertising costs, and similar external expenses are not included in BuildSite AI's website package price.

When appropriate, BuildSite AI may assist clients with selecting or configuring third-party services. The client remains responsible for applicable third-party charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

If a client cancels a project before work begins, refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and any applicable written project agreement.

Once project work has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable because they help cover time, planning, design, development, and resources committed to the project.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Website Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final custom website work created specifically for the client transfers to the client after all amounts owed for the project have been paid in full.

BuildSite AI retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, methods, reusable components, templates, systems, know-how, and other materials that were not created exclusively for the individual client.

Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, libraries, platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

11. AI-Assisted Services

BuildSite AI may use artificial intelligence and other technology-assisted tools during parts of the research, planning, design, development, content, SEO, testing, or optimization process.

These tools assist our workflow but do not change the client's responsibility to review and approve final website content, business information, claims, images, and other project materials before launch.

12. Third-Party Services

Websites may use or connect with third-party platforms and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics providers, form processors, booking systems, e-commerce platforms, or other external services.

Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, pricing, availability, privacy policies, and technical requirements. BuildSite AI does not control those independent third-party services.

13. Maintenance and Support

Ongoing website maintenance, updates, content changes, technical support, hosting management, security monitoring, or other continuing services are not automatically included after project completion unless they are specifically included in the selected package or agreed upon separately in writing.

14. Client Review and Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing the website before final approval and launch.

This review should include business information, contact information, pricing, services, spelling, images, links, forms, policies, and other content relevant to the client's business.

BuildSite AI will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional work, but client approval confirms that the client has reviewed and accepted the website for launch.

15. Website Performance and Results

BuildSite AI aims to create professional, functional, responsive, and performance-conscious websites. However, specific business results cannot be guaranteed.

Search engine rankings, website traffic, sales, leads, conversions, revenue, and other business results may depend on many factors outside BuildSite AI's control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuildSite AI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of the website, project services, or independent third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Information submitted through the BuildSite AI website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

BuildSite AI may update these Terms & Conditions as our website, services, pricing, or business practices change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
